§1 Appointment agreements

The time agreed with you is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep the agreed appointment, you must cancel it at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail so that I can plan another time for you. Otherwise, a private cancellation fee in the amount of the regular treatment or training costs will be charged. I always have a long waiting list of people with sometimes very acute pain who would be pleased if you could cancel. We therefore ask you, especially in the interest of other patients and clients, to inform us as early as possible if you wish to cancel.
 

§2 Communication on Sundays and public holidays
Please note that Better Life Physio is completely closed for all communication on Sundays and public holidays. However, if the appointment cancellation is received by e-mail 24 hours in advance, it will of course be accepted.

§3 Terms of treatment

Please note that Better Life Physio can only treat privately insured persons and self-pay patients. Statutory prescriptions are not accepted and cannot be billed. If an appointment is made in error, the patient is liable for the full cost of the missed appointment. In the case of self-pay patients, VAT of 19% is added to the fee.

However, it is always possible for patients with statutory health insurance to obtain a private prescription from a doctor. Although this is not reimbursed by the health insurance companies, VAT is no longer charged in this case. We recommend that you obtain a doctor's prescription. Talk to your trusted doctor about the possibilities of a physiotherapy prescription. You are welcome to contact us if you would like us to recommend a suitable doctor for your problem. Better Life Physio is an independent institution and is in constant contact with first-class network partners.
 

§4 Reimbursements
The customer is expressly advised that the reimbursement of services is not or not fully guaranteed by the reimbursement agencies. Possible
differences in billing are to be borne by the patient. The patient undertakes to always pay the full costs.
 

§5 Cancellations
Cancellations may only be made via the e-mail address info@better-life-physio.com, or
by telephone on +49 152 592 629 94. Other cancellations will not be
accepted.
